  Everything that’s handed goes on our database and our algorithm identifies matches. It can take 1 to 3 days for an item to be found and registered. We retain everything for 30 days.

  You will receive an email if something similar to your item is found. We will ask you to provide all relevant information to authenticate yourself as the owner.​

  You will be able to chose how you want to recover your item and pay online (be aware that service and postage fees will be charged – tariff available below)​ at the deposit (12€ service fee to pay online) or organize the delivery (postage and packing fee to be added – tariff grid below).​
